Official Urology P-Shot® Therapy in Las Vegas
Offered by an experienced Las Vegas urologist and official P-Shot® provider, this in-office procedure uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) prepared from your own blood. Care is provided as part of a comprehensive men's sexual health evaluation, with physician guidance before, during, and after treatment.
PRP preparation methods and provider experience may vary. Schedule a consultation to discuss whether this option may be appropriate for your individual situation.

P-Shot® / Penile PRP With a Urologist
Penile PRP is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. At Harder Naturally, your care starts with a physician evaluation to determine whether PRP, focused shockwave therapy, medication optimization, testosterone evaluation, or another treatment path makes the most sense for your goals.
Urologist-Performed
Your procedure is performed by Dr. Michael Kaplan, a Nevada urologist with experience treating erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and men’s sexual health concerns.
PRP From Your Own Blood
A small blood sample is processed in-office to concentrate platelet-rich plasma, which is then injected into targeted areas using local numbing for comfort.
May Be Combined With Shockwave
For selected patients, PRP may be combined with focused shockwave therapy, vacuum therapy, or other physician-directed treatments as part of a broader sexual health plan.
Realistic Expectations
We do not promise guaranteed enlargement, instant results, or a cure for every case of ED. Results vary, and a consultation is required to determine whether PRP is appropriate.
Penile PRP is an elective, off-label procedure. Individual results vary. No specific outcome, increase in size, or improvement in erectile function can be guaranteed.
Why Our P-Shot® Uses High-Quality PRP
Not all PRP systems are the same. At Harder Naturally, we use advanced PRP technology designed to produce a highly concentrated platelet-rich plasma preparation for regenerative sexual health procedures.
EmCyte PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic
Our P-Shot® procedure uses the EmCyte PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic system, a highly concentrated platelet-rich plasma platform designed to deliver a more predictable PRP preparation using advanced double-spin, single-device technology.
SupraPhysiologic PRP is commonly used in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, tendon and joint applications, and medical aesthetics. By concentrating platelets, growth factors, and signaling proteins from your own blood, PRP is designed to support the body’s natural repair response.
Why the Procedure Is $999
We charge $999 for the P-Shot® because we do not use bargain-basement PRP supplies. More than half of the procedure cost goes toward the specialized kit, high-quality materials, and clinical preparation used to perform the procedure properly.
Our goal is simple: if you are choosing a regenerative procedure, you should know that the PRP system, supplies, and physician-performed care are all being handled at a high standard.
P-Shot® and PRP procedures are medical treatments and results vary. A consultation is required to determine whether this option is appropriate for you. PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood and is intended to support the body’s natural healing response.
Trusted By Patients — Backed By Experts
What Is the P-Shot®?
The P-Shot® is an in-office penile PRP procedure that uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood. The goal is to support tissue health, blood-flow-related function, sensitivity, and sexual confidence in appropriate candidates.
1. Blood Is Drawn
A small sample of your blood is collected in the office, similar to a routine blood draw.
2. PRP Is Prepared
The blood is processed in a centrifuge to concentrate platelet-rich plasma, which contains growth factors involved in healing and tissue repair.
3. PRP Is Injected
After local numbing, the PRP is injected into targeted areas of the penis by Dr. Kaplan.
4. Follow-Up Guidance
You receive physician guidance about recovery, expectations, and whether additional treatment options may be appropriate.
Penile PRP is an elective, off-label procedure. Results vary, and no specific improvement in erectile function, sensation, curvature, or size can be guaranteed.

Your P-Shot® Is Performed by Dr. Michael Kaplan
Penile PRP is a medical procedure involving one of the most sensitive areas of the body. At Harder Naturally, your consultation and procedure are handled by Dr. Michael Kaplan, a Las Vegas urologist with experience evaluating erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, testosterone concerns, and men’s sexual health issues.
This is not a med spa approach. Dr. Kaplan evaluates your symptoms, goals, medical history, medications, and possible causes of sexual performance concerns before discussing whether PRP is appropriate.
- Graduate of Baylor College of Medicine
- Residency at Letterman Army Medical Center
- Fellowship trained in urologic oncology at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City
- All P-Shot® / penile PRP procedures are performed personally by Dr. Kaplan.
- When you call with questions, you can speak directly with Dr. Kaplan.
When PRP May Be Combined With Focused Shockwave Therapy
Some men may benefit from a broader treatment plan rather than a single procedure. Depending on your symptoms, goals, and medical history, Dr. Kaplan may discuss combining penile PRP with focused shockwave therapy, vacuum therapy, medication optimization, or other physician-directed options.
Penile PRP
Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from your own blood and injected into targeted areas of the penis after local numbing. The goal is to support tissue health, sensitivity, and sexual function in appropriate candidates.
Focused Shockwave Therapy
Focused shockwave therapy uses non-invasive acoustic energy. It does not involve electrical shocks. For selected men, it may be considered as part of a plan to support blood-flow-related erectile function.
Home Support
Some patients may also be advised to use a vacuum erection device, home acoustic wave support, medication adjustments, or other tools depending on their individual goals and treatment plan.
A Personalized Plan, Not a One-Size-Fits-All Package
During your consultation, Dr. Kaplan will discuss whether PRP alone makes sense, or whether a combined approach may be more appropriate for concerns such as erectile firmness, Peyronie’s-related curvature, reduced sensitivity, or overall sexual performance.
Penile PRP and focused shockwave therapy are elective treatments. Results vary. These therapies are not appropriate for every patient, and no improvement in erectile function, sensation, curvature, or size can be guaranteed.
What Does the Research Show?
Platelet-rich plasma is being studied in men’s sexual health, including erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease. Some studies are promising, while others are mixed. At Harder Naturally, PRP is discussed with realistic expectations, not as a guaranteed cure.
PRP and Erectile Function
PRP has been studied as a possible regenerative treatment for erectile dysfunction, especially in men with mild to moderate symptoms. Some reviews report encouraging results, but high-quality studies remain limited, and professional guidelines remain cautious.
PRP and Peyronie’s Disease
PRP is also being studied for Peyronie’s disease, including plaque-related curvature and sexual function. Early reports are promising, but larger controlled studies are still needed before results can be considered predictable.
Why Evaluation Matters
Erectile concerns may be related to blood flow, nerve function, testosterone, medications, diabetes, prostate treatment, Peyronie’s disease, or other medical issues. PRP may be one option, but it is not the right answer for every man.
Our Approach: Careful, Candid, and Physician-Directed
Dr. Kaplan will discuss what PRP may reasonably be expected to do, what it cannot promise, and whether other treatments may be more appropriate for your specific situation.

P-Shot 100™ / Priapus Toxin™
A physician-performed option combining the P-Shot® procedure with carefully dosed botulinum toxin for men looking for additional support with erectile firmness and penile blood flow.
What Is P-Shot 100™?
P-Shot 100™ is a combination procedure that includes the P-Shot® procedure along with 100 units of botulinum toxin, placed using a specific physician-directed technique.
The goal is to support erectile function by addressing penile tissue health and blood flow. This may be considered for selected men who want more than pills alone, or for men who have had limited response to medications such as Viagra® or Cialis®.
Why Add Botox®?
Botulinum toxin has been studied as an intracavernosal treatment for erectile dysfunction, particularly in men with vasculogenic ED and men who have not responded well to standard medication therapy.
The proposed mechanism is relaxation of smooth muscle within penile blood vessels, which may help improve arterial inflow. This is a different approach than platelet-rich plasma, which is used to support tissue healing and regenerative signaling.
Who May Be a Candidate?
This procedure may be considered for men with erectile dysfunction who want a non-surgical option and who are looking for physician-supervised care beyond pills alone.
- Men with reduced erection firmness
- Men with incomplete response to Viagra®, Cialis®, or similar medications
- Men interested in a physician-performed regenerative sexual health option
- Men who want a private consultation with an experienced urologist
What to Expect
The procedure begins with a confidential evaluation to determine whether P-Shot 100™ or Priapus Toxin™ is appropriate for your situation.
Treatment is performed in-office by Dr. Kaplan. The approach includes patient selection, preparation of materials, precise injection technique, and clear aftercare instructions.
Important Medical Disclosure
The use of botulinum toxin for erectile dysfunction is considered off-label and is not FDA-approved specifically for ED. Off-label medication use is common in medicine, but it should only be considered after an appropriate medical evaluation.
Results vary from patient to patient. No medical procedure can guarantee a specific outcome, and complications are possible. During your consultation, Dr. Kaplan will review your history, goals, alternatives, expected benefits, and risks.
